At Miniature Decorations Down Under, we specialize in high-quality 3D printing of decorations at a low price. Our products are perfect for enhancing your miniature bases, creating immersive battlefields, and designing detailed dioramas. 


Driven by our passion for crafting captivating battlefield accessories, we began our journey in 3D printing over 10 years ago. Now, we aim to share our expertise with enthusiasts here down under in Australia, providing you with the best-looking miniature decorations without the hassle of handling hazardous chemicals, dealing with failed prints, or dedicating time and space to print them yourself. 

What can i expect to find?

We offer a diverse selection of miniature decorations for various settings and themes. Our battlefield accessories include effects that enhance your models, such as muzzle flashes, smoke plumes, and flames. Explore our extensive range of plants from around the world, including Bulrush, Thatch Palms, Monstera, Mushrooms, Bamboo, and more. Additionally, we provide a variety of terrain sets and complete terrain pieces that are ready for painting and placement on your battlefield. From barrels and barbed wire to trees and wooden palisades, our options are perfect for tabletop enthusiasts.

What can I expect to receive?

At Miniature Decorations Down Under, we are dedicated to creating high-resolution models that will make you question whether they were cast or printed. Using tiny layer heights, we ensure that our post-printing process preserves all the intricate details for you while eliminating any excess resin. Our meticulous cleaning process involves washing our prints twice before drying them in a light-free environment, followed by post-curing, making our battlefield accessories truly remarkable.

When will I receive my order?

At Miniature Decorations Down Under, we want to ensure you're always informed about your order status. Within 24 hours of placing your order we will reach out to let you know when to expect your items. On average, orders of 10 items or less, will be ready to post within 3 days of your purchase.

All orders are sent using Australia Post standard parcel delivery, which typically takes 2-7 business days to arrive.

SCALE

 Currently we scale our models to 28mm, 32mm, 35mm & 40mm. Select your scale when adding items to your cart. We plan to add more options in the future, don't hesitate to inquire if you have specific size requests.

We charge a flat rate of $10 postage on all orders under $90. Orders of $90 or more will be posted free of charge.


The resin colour will vary, depending on what is available at the time of your order. We use lighter coloured resins: Whites, greys and beige are what we primarily use.

Some items have the option to print using clear resin, such as our bottles & lightning, we will slowly add more to this range once tested.


All models are sent unpainted and all smaller models are sent on supports.

Larger terrain pieces are sent with the supports removed, currently this includes only items in the Asgard Rising range, the item description will specify if supports are removed or not.


Average time is 3 days.

We do hold a limited number of stock ready to send, orders only including already printed items will be dispatched within 24 hours. Most orders will be printed on demand and are ready to ship within 3 days. You will be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order with an estimate turn around time.


We send our orders with Australia Post, anywhere within Australia, with standard parcel delivery. Australia Post takes from 2-10 working days to deliver. We will not ship outside of Australia.


Make sure you select "In-person Pickup" when selecting your shipping option at checkout.


You can pick up your order from us at our Sydney location:

All order collections are arranged by appointment.

Once your order is ready for collection we will email you with instructions on how to get to our location/parking options, and requesting you reply with an approximate time you plan to collect. This is to make sure we're available when you come to pick up your order.


Our collection hours are:


Monday - Friday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Saturday: unavailable

Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00 pm



Return and Refund Policy

We  are committed to providing you with quality products and excellent  customer service. Our returns policy is designed to be clear and uphold  all of your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


1. Guarantees Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)


The  ACL provides automatic consumer guarantees that ensure products and  services must be of acceptable quality, fit for their intended purpose,  and match the description provided. These guarantees apply regardless of  any separate "change of mind" policy we may have.If a product has a major problem, you have the right to ask for a replacement or refund.A major problem is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they had known about it;
  • is unsafe;
  • is significantly different from the sample or description; or
  • does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and cannot be easily fixed.

If the problem is minor, we can choose to replace the item instead of offering a refund.


2. Change of Mind Returns

We  know sometimes a product isn't quite right so we  offer  a 7 day return policy for change of mind.

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase/delivery.            
  • Outcome: We offer an exchange, or store credit for these returns.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition,  and in their original packaging.
  • Costs: You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the item to us (e.g., postage fees).
